Is that your Skipper Tubs? Wonder if they run as good as they look?

No. I just have the picture.
Its small so it must have come
        from the internet. Something
        unusual so I saved it.

A "Boat House Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

I found the answer to my question,
          "Who sold Skipper Outboards?"

It was the ATLAS SUPPLY COMPANY, Newark, NJ

I found this in the 1948 "Handbook of Outboard Motor-boating"
written by Porter Henry and Bill Allard.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find
          anything about said company.

That would be the Muncie version. The Eska skippers were made ’61-’66 in 3-and4-hp versions. Or so my Old Outboard Motor manual says.
