        Update- Repco/Phelon Co. moved to East Longmeadow , MA and next moved/sold to North Carolina -the land of lawnmowers. Bought out by an international co.

          Can’t say for sure, the wire I bought there is simply marked "7mm COPPER CONDUCTOR CABLE" in white on the black jacket. No manufacturer’s name or logo that I can see.

          It’s decent material, double-insulated with a white inner core and black outer jacket. There’s also a fiber-mesh layer bonded between the black & white insulation layers, to add mechanical / tensile strength to the insulation. The conductive core is composed of 19 strands of 30 ga. tin-plate copper wire, which if added together approximate a single 17 ga. conductor (1900 circular mils).

          Older cables of this type would normally have fewer strands of larger gauge.. fwiw.
