      US Member - 1 Year (includes $3 online payment fee)

      1976 TW 71/2 hp neutral lever. How does it work? When in neutral can only turn flywheel one complete turn so how does the motor run. I think it has to do with clutch assy but still not sure how it works.
      Thanks as an explanation will help me understand this motor better.

        I wonder if something in the gear case is froze up? Does the prop turn
        when not in neutral?

          yes the prop turns normal when in gear and gear case seams to be free and turning. It sounds like something is hitting inside right where the neutral shaft enters the motor.
