      Hello,
One of my transom clamp handles on my JW 15 is missing. I do have a spare. Is there any special trick to remove the pin on the transom clamp handle or can it just be punched out? TIA

The original aluminum pin has been swaged or peened at the factory so the end will have to be drilled out a bit before driving it out. You don’t want to drill the hole oversize or you might have a problem with the new pin. For pins, I use 3/16″ aluminum rod and center drill the ends before using a center punch to spread the ends a bit. I’ve also used epoxy to hold them in place.
