I had the early Johnson way before I joined the club. It sat outside so long the skeg was buried in the mud, half the side was dull & the other looked like new. I gave $25.00 for it as it threw a rod they thought. It was a sheered key from undertightened flywheel nut was my thinking & proved to be accurate. Have a ball with your motor!!
