I’d like opinions whether this tag topper is a vintage item or a fantasy one. Thanks in advance for any responses.

The repro stuff, the rust is just painted on. For what it would take to reproduce the pealing paint with rust underneath wouldn’t be worth the trouble for what a repro would sell for. I believe it to be vintage. Tubs.
