      I found this in my father’s garage and ask him if I could have it but I was just curious of the year and possibly what it may be worth?

        Common Motor. Not much demand.
        Condition effects value. Before you
        put it on eBay you can search to see
        how much people ASK for them and
        what they ACTUALY sell for.

        A "Boat House Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

          Might be worth more as a complete motor.
          Generally only a few parts on motors are in demand.
          You might try a local Craigslist ad 1st.
