Hi Joe! great to meet another Thompson owner. From what I can tell, mine is also a Sea Lancer as it measures the same length. Does not have the rear seat as some appear to have from
pictures I’ve seen online. Just recently joined the Thompson Facebook group which looks to be a wealth of information. Here are a few more pictures of the boat. She is in great shape, just needs new
paint and varnish. (“just” weeks of work!) Only major item is regluing the joints on the wood windshield frames and rebedding the glass; minor compared to the hours I’ll put in sanding, varnishing and painting! I live in Northern California so this Thompson is a long way from her roots in Cortland NY. Email me at carmelitakp44@hotmail.com and I’ll send over more pics. Don’t want to overload the AOMC website

Hi Paul: I’m new at this so I sent an email to the address in the text of your post. Hope it gets to you> My Thompson is only 13′ 1-1/2″ long so I am worried about engine wright. There doesn’t look like a heap of buoyancy in the stern of mine. If you might be in the market for some old mercury engines in the 40 hp range let me know, looks like I am inheriting 4. I have no idea of exact model or condition at this time. Hope you got the other email. Thanks Tom
