Pick up this cute little motor at Tomahawk.
It’s a Power Products (division of Tecumseh) power head,
attached to a jet lower unit.
I found no other information on it yet, or any on the Net that
      look the same.
      What is it?
      Thanks,

Thanks Tubs! I’ll do a little Internet sleuthing for “Jet Motor” and see what comes up.

I started tearing apart the little mystery jet motor. So far I’ve found no clues
to help me find it’s creator. It does seem well made for what it is.
It has good spark and compression, so I may not tear the power head apart,
unless I determine it has crankshaft seals, and available.
Took me a while to figure out how the lower unit all came apart, but once
I determine the jet impeller was screwed onto the driveshaft, it went okay
(with the help of a torch to free the aluminum impeller from the steel drive
            shaft.) Some photos….

The intake screen is hinged. Perhaps for easy cleaning?
