Can anyone tell by looking whether this is likely to fit a 1969 18/20/25? Seller doesn’t known much about it.

I’m no Johnson expert, but it might be for the later 25 / 35 horse model.

If I am wrong, rest assured, I will quickly be corrected . . . 😕

’71 appears to be the first year for the squared-off look. I don’t think this would sit on the earlier (curved) lower cowl.

I have a 1968 Johnson 20 ,the cowl has more curved sides and the top is slightly bowed up than the one you posted. that looks like the cowl on MY 1981 and 84 Johnson and Evinrude 25’s . I was going to make the 68 cowl into a camp stool like was shown on dockside chat awhile back.. would you like to see a photo of it ? PM me your email and i’ll send you a photo, i’m willing to sell it
