Zephyr 4375 Service Manual

Looking for a place to buy a Evinrude zephyr service / shop manual. Are they available anywhere?
I am new to this motor and need to learn all I can about tear down and testing. I appreciate any help.

You might want to check your model number again as a 4375 is a 1943 Light Four. 🙁 Similar to a Zephyr but different.

I can send you a PDF ’42 Service Manual which covers many of the older Evinrudes.

Zephyrs have aluminum cylinders, Lightfour have cast iron cylinders.
Check with a magnet. The Lightfour is bigger.

4378 makes it a ’45-’46 model Zephyr. That’s better!
