Any thoughts on these motors? Have a chance to pick one up. Don’t know anything about them. Think this one is a 5.4 hp if I read it correctly. Thanks.

This is what have – The last picture is- the last year of production – 1949. It was replaced in 1950 by the 7&½ horse power neutral clutch Fleetwin.

They are good runners. The coils are usually good. Carb and fuel system is unusual and a bit complicated. Go at the fuel system slowly, be sure that you understand the function of the parts. Your Zephyr will be a rewarding learning experience… result >>>> a sweet little motor.
