Fuel pump diaphram material.

I’m working on a Champion outboard and need to replace the diaphram in the fuel pump. Where can i find the right material to make one? I have used the rubber glove trick and it works, but would prefer using the right stuff. The old diaphram measures 2″ X 2″.

I ordered some pure nitrile sheet…. on Amazon …. Came from Europe I have not tested them yet but thickness was ok

Thanks for the help. I would like to buy some with the nylon reinforcement. The ones i have made from the gloves have worked out well but i have never lake tested them. I Was wondering if there was a diaphram from a fuel pump that could be cut to size.

I have a 1959 johnson 35hp that has that pump. And yes it will work.
